Abhinay Deo’s ‘Crooked’, which has been in news for quiet a number of reasons. The latest news is that Kangana Ranaut will be playing the UK-based undercover cop in ‘Crooked’.
Kangna Ranaut, who has just won her first National Award, has to pick up a British accent to play the role and also has to learn the moves required to play an athletic cop onscreen.She takes Pakistani actress Soniya Jahan’s role since Soniya didn’t have the required work permit. Kangna was the original choice but didn’t have dates last year
Kangana who has so far played glamourous roles and walked over with acclaims this time has physically demanding role to play.
When Balle Balle Radio team tried to know more about her role she stated that she cannot talk about the film however, she admits that her role is different from anything she has ever played before.
Earlier we reported that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was dropped out of the project due to dates problem and Soniya Jehan was ushered in to replace her.
